ZTV解約方法と注意点についてわかりやすく解説します【手順通りでOK】

今回はZTVの解約方法で悩んでいる人向けに解約の手順を解説しているよ！
ZTVビ解約方法がわからないな・・・。どうしたらいいんだろう
上記のような人の為に解約方法をわかりやすく図解で解説していくので手順通り進めてもらえたら大丈夫です。
解約時の注意点もあるので、焦らずしっかり読んでくださいね
ZTVを解約するには
- STEP１解約後のインターネット回線を申し込みする
光回線の場合は、少なくとも2ヶ月は工事まで日数がかかるので必ず事前に準備しておきましょう。
急な引越しなどで用意が間に合いそうにないという人は以下の記事を参考にしてくださいね
- STEP2ZTVに解約の通知をする

受付スタッフがご用件を伺いますので、お申し出ください。
受付時間 平日
土・日・祝日9:00～17:30 平日10:00～12:00、14:00～16:00がつながりやすい時間帯です。
- STEP3モデムなど返却物を返却する
- ONU（インターネットモデム）
- STB（テレビの受信機）
- VoIP（固定電話用のモデム）
これ以外にも、Wi-Fiルーターなどあるかもしれませんので確認してみてくださいね。（上記以外は自己購入の可能性もありますので、契約会社に「返却物」を確認してくださいね）
ZTVの解約金などについて
解約時には、引き込み線を撤去する工事が必要となるため、必ず解約費用10,800円が必要となります。
なお、移設の場合は、解約費用はかからず契約を継続でき、移設に必要な費用はキャンペーンで無料となるとの事でした(2018年11月現在の情報のため、最新情報はztvにご確認ください。)
(また、2015年に移設した際は、たしか1万5千円程度必要でした。)
2年以内に解約した場合は、工事費38,000円＋解約費用10,800円が必要なので、必ず２年以上使う場合に申し込みたいですね。
解約時の注意点
インターネット回線を解約する時に注意しないといけない事が３つあります。
それぞれ失敗してしまうと致命的なので、必ず問題がないかの確認をしましょう。
電話番号が変わってしまう可能性があります。
インターネットを引く時に発番した固定電話は解約と同時に消滅してしまいます。
- 仕事などで名刺やHP、看板などに掲載している
- 固定電話を多用している人
は特に要注意です。
地上デジタル放送やCS番組が見れなくなる可能性があります。（戸建て限定）
ケーブルテレビや光回線などで自宅のテレビを視聴している戸建ての場合は、テレビが視聴できなくなります。
新しく引く回線が光回線などで地デジ放送に対応している場合はそちらで手配してもらうようにしましょう。
地デジ見るのにインターネット回線だと毎月それだけで費用が発生していたんだね。
実はそうなんですよね。TVを見るだけで月額500円以上はかかってるのでアンテナを取り付けた方が将来的にはコスパは良いですよね。
メールアドレスが消滅してしまう
ケーブルテレビや光回線で発行されたメールアドレスは解約すると消滅してしまいます。
ですので解約するとなると、別のメールアドレスに移行する必要があります。
おすすめはGmail。
Googleの無料サービスですがスマホからアプリをインストールするだけで利用できるしとても便利です。
ただビジネスや、フリーメールに抵抗がある人は自分でサーバーを借りて独自ドメインを取るという方法もあります。

上記記事を参考にサーバーを借りてメールアドレスを発行するというのが良いでしょう。
僕がオススメする乗り換えの方法
解約には撤去費用が必要だったりする場合があります。
数万円単位の請求があることもしばしば。
「まぁ仕方ないか・・・」と言われるがまま支払っていましたが、もうそんな必要はありません。

じゃぁ、今請求されている違約金なんかもソフトバンクが払ってくれるの？
はい、10万円までであればソフトバクが負担してくれるのでかなり安心ですよね。
