長崎ケーブルメディア（NCM）を解約するには
- STEP１解約後のインターネット回線を申し込みする
光回線の場合は、少なくとも2ヶ月は工事まで日数がかかるので必ず事前に準備しておきましょう。

長崎ケーブルメディア（NCM）の解約金などについて
・当社サービスを全てご解約の場合、別表 3 に定める撤去工事費をご請求させていただきます。
なお、撤去工事費は
ご利用に応じて 1 ヶ月ごとに減額され、 2 4 ヶ月以上サービスをご利用いただくことで無料となります。
別表 3 撤去工事費
住宅種別 撤去工事費
戸建住宅・ケーブル未対応集合住宅等 1 4 , 400 円（税込 1 5 , 840 円）
ケーブル個別選択集合住宅 9 , 600 円（税込 1 0 , 560 円）
・キャンペーンが適用される場合は、サービス内容を問わず、加入契約時に設定された最低利用期間以上のご契約が必要となります。
最低利用期間に満たずに加入契約を解約又は変更される場合は、加入契約時の工事費割引相当額
及び撤去工事費等をお支払いいただきます。
解約時の注意点
インターネット回線を解約する時に注意しないといけない事が３つあります。
それぞれ失敗してしまうと致命的なので、必ず問題がないかの確認をしましょう。
電話番号が変わってしまう可能性があります。
インターネットを引く時に発番した固定電話は解約と同時に消滅してしまいます。
- 仕事などで名刺やHP、看板などに掲載している
- 固定電話を多用している人
は特に要注意です。
地上デジタル放送やCS番組が見れなくなる可能性があります。（戸建て限定）
ケーブルテレビや光回線などで自宅のテレビを視聴している戸建ての場合は、テレビが視聴できなくなります。
新しく引く回線が光回線などで地デジ放送に対応している場合はそちらで手配してもらうようにしましょう。
地デジ見るのにインターネット回線だと毎月それだけで費用が発生していたんだね。
実はそうなんですよね。TVを見るだけで月額500円以上はかかってるのでアンテナを取り付けた方が将来的にはコスパは良いですよね。
メールアドレスが消滅してしまう
ケーブルテレビや光回線で発行されたメールアドレスは解約すると消滅してしまいます。
ですので解約するとなると、別のメールアドレスに移行する必要があります。
おすすめはGmail。
Googleの無料サービスですがスマホからアプリをインストールするだけで利用できるしとても便利です。
ただビジネスや、フリーメールに抵抗がある人は自分でサーバーを借りて独自ドメインを取るという方法もあります。

僕がオススメする乗り換えの方法
解約には撤去費用が必要だったりする場合があります。
数万円単位の請求があることもしばしば。
「まぁ仕方ないか・・・」と言われるがまま支払っていましたが、もうそんな必要はありません。

はい、10万円までであればソフトバクが負担してくれるのでかなり安心ですよね。
