（違約金について） ・定期契約期間内に解約またはコース変更をする場合、一律50,000円（税別）、初回契約更新後の契約更新月以外に解約またはコース変更 する場合、一律20,000円（税別）を違約金として請求させていただきます。
ビュンビュン5年コース
（違約金について） ・定期契約期間内に解約またはコース変更をする場合、一律50,000円（税別）、初回契約更新後の契約更新月以外に解約またはコース変更 する場合、一律20,000円（税別）を違約金として請求させていただきます。
ワイワイタブレット
（解約について） ・ワイワイタブレットには課金月36ヵ月の最低利用期間がございます。36ヵ月以内でのご解約については、違約金として満たない期間の月額利用料金を一括でお支払いいただきます
解約時の注意点
インターネット回線を解約する時に注意しないといけない事が３つあります。
それぞれ失敗してしまうと致命的なので、必ず問題がないかの確認をしましょう。
電話番号が変わってしまう可能性があります。
インターネットを引く時に発番した固定電話は解約と同時に消滅してしまいます。
- 仕事などで名刺やHP、看板などに掲載している
- 固定電話を多用している人
は特に要注意です。
地上デジタル放送やCS番組が見れなくなる可能性があります。（戸建て限定）
ケーブルテレビや光回線などで自宅のテレビを視聴している戸建ての場合は、テレビが視聴できなくなります。
新しく引く回線が光回線などで地デジ放送に対応している場合はそちらで手配してもらうようにしましょう。
地デジ見るのにインターネット回線だと毎月それだけで費用が発生していたんだね。
実はそうなんですよね。
TVを見るだけで月額500円以上はかかってるのでアンテナを取り付けた方が将来的にはコスパは良いですよね。
メールアドレスが消滅してしまう
ケーブルテレビや光回線で発行されたメールアドレスは解約すると消滅してしまいます。
ですので解約するとなると、別のメールアドレスに移行する必要があります。
おすすめはGmail。
Googleの無料サービスですがスマホからアプリをインストールするだけで利用できるしとても便利です。
ただビジネスや、フリーメールに抵抗がある人は自分でサーバーを借りて独自ドメインを取るという方法もあります。
