- STEP１解約後のインターネット回線を申し込みする
光回線の場合は、少なくとも2ヶ月は工事まで日数がかかるので必ず事前に準備しておきましょう。
急な引越しなどで用意が間に合いそうにないという人は以下の記事を参考にしてくださいね
- STEP2
- STEP3モデムなど返却物を返却する
- ONU（インターネットモデム）
- STB（テレビの受信機）
- VoIP（固定電話用のモデム）
これ以外にも、Wi-Fiルーターなどあるかもしれませんので確認してみてくださいね。（上記以外は自己購入の可能性もありますので、契約会社に「返却物」を確認してくださいね）
宮崎ケーブルテレビ（MCN）の解約金などについて
セットトップボックスやモデム等機器はＭＣＮからのレンタルとなっておりますので、ご返却が必要となります。
設備・機器の撤去工事にはご予約が必要となりますので、ご解約希望日の3週間前までにＭＣＮカスタマーセンターへご連絡ください。
[受付時間]9:00-18:00 / 年中無休
※（IP 電話など）ご利⽤になれない場合は
※ご契約時のキャンペーンや工事費割引など適用条件によっては、最低利用期間がございます。最低利用期間内のご解約につきましては、解約手数料が発生いたします。

解約時の注意点
インターネット回線を解約する時に注意しないといけない事が３つあります。
それぞれ失敗してしまうと致命的なので、必ず問題がないかの確認をしましょう。
電話番号が変わってしまう可能性があります。
インターネットを引く時に発番した固定電話は解約と同時に消滅してしまいます。
- 仕事などで名刺やHP、看板などに掲載している
- 固定電話を多用している人
は特に要注意です。
地上デジタル放送やCS番組が見れなくなる可能性があります。（戸建て限定）
ケーブルテレビや光回線などで自宅のテレビを視聴している戸建ての場合は、テレビが視聴できなくなります。
新しく引く回線が光回線などで地デジ放送に対応している場合はそちらで手配してもらうようにしましょう。
地デジ見るのにインターネット回線だと毎月それだけで費用が発生していたんだね。
実はそうなんですよね。TVを見るだけで月額500円以上はかかってるのでアンテナを取り付けた方が将来的にはコスパは良いですよね。
メールアドレスが消滅してしまう
ケーブルテレビや光回線で発行されたメールアドレスは解約すると消滅してしまいます。
ですので解約するとなると、別のメールアドレスに移行する必要があります。
おすすめはGmail。
Googleの無料サービスですがスマホからアプリをインストールするだけで利用できるしとても便利です。
ただビジネスや、フリーメールに抵抗がある人は自分でサーバーを借りて独自ドメインを取るという方法もあります。

解約には撤去費用が必要だったりする場合があります。
